Justine Wright

Leadership and Career Coach and Director

I have a successful, and rewarding career in and around education, notably higher education, as a senior leader of partnership programmes delivering social mobility.

With experience leading teams through change and transition, and delivering large and small scale projects, I have enjoyed a non-linear career path, and am now embarking on my new journey supporting others to find their leadership qualities and progress their careers.

I value equity, inclusion and growth, I adore change and transition, have boundless optimism, all balanced with a strong dose of calmness.
