I have had a successful, and rewarding career in and around education, notably higher education, as a senior leader of partnership programmes delivering social mobility.

With experience leading teams through change and transition, and delivering large and small scale projects, I have enjoyed a non-linear career path, with very positive successes alongside some deeply difficult times too. I embrace change and post covid sought a new journey, supporting others to find their leadership qualities and progress their careers.

I value equity, inclusion, collaboration and growth, I have boundless optimism, all balanced with a strong dose of calmness (my super power!)
