I would highly recommend a session with Justine, she makes you feel at ease and able to really explore your situation in a safe and confidential way. I certainly learnt more about how I feel about changes that are coming in my life, far more than I was expecting. What seems like quite a simple technique proved to be really powerful in the hands of Justine.
